Sugarless Weekend

Mr. Long Island cancelled our date at the last minute due to work.  It made me really mad....I could have seen Jason instead!!  He suggested we should get together next Saturday, but I told him probably it wouldn't work for me.  One of the reasons why it ended between us was that he always assumed I was always free.  Hell no!  I'm NEVER free, unless I make myself available.  I'm comtemplating wether I should have Mike come to NY next weekend....I know he wants to come but he is kinda waiting for my invitation.  I still have worries and concerns and not ready to commit to a relationship with him just yet....

I got a Calvin Klein dress at a sample sale today.  I tried it on when I came home- this size 2 dress was kinda tight on me.  Size 2 has been always a little loose on me...what's going on?  Today I was just thinking how great I looked.  I have been working out a lot and my butt and legs are definately tighter now.  My abs look better too.  But I'm not really losing weight somehow... So I decided to modify my diet; I will do low-carb, high-protein diet from now on.  I was reading the logic and theory of Atkins diet and it makes sense.  By limiting carbs, the body is forced to burn its stored fat, rather than carbs for fuel.  I'm not supposed to feel hungry with this diet as long as I take lots of protein which was so lacking from my previous diet.  I have been eating way too much carbs...now that will change.  Bye bye carbs, hello meats :)
