I had dinner with DK SD tonight. He was supposed to sleep over at my place, but family stuff came up so he had to go home after dinner. He had sent a strange email earlier; "Some crazy stuff is happening in my life and it could affect our continuing relationship, but I hope it won't. I just want to be honest with you but it's too complicated for email". It didn't sound good....I was ready to be dumped honestly.
Over amazing Korean BBQ, he told me the story...his former sugar baby contacted him and told him that she had to go through a surgery due to a life threatening condition she was in. Of course she doesn't have insurance so she asked him to cover all the expenses. So now he is broke and not sure if he can continue to give me monthly allowance in the future. I didn't know what to say, and that's exactly what I said. I'm not having a good month myself so it was bad news for me. CA SD has been kind of missing too. There was a month in which I made $8000 sugar money....this month...only $300 so far...
DK felt bad for me so he ended up going to ATM to get my November allowance after dinner. I felt bad taking money from him when he was having financial problems himself, but I really needed that money. We promised to see each other in 2 weeks.
I'm thinking maybe it's time for me to quit sugar dating and focus on a real thing. I joined seekingmillionaire.com. It's very similar to seekingarrangement.com, but this is a regular dating website as opposed to a sugar dating website. You can choose "marriage" as your interest and I chose it as well as long term relationship. Let's see what happens.
I know exactly how you feel about seeking something more longterm. Sometimes I wonder what I'll do if I meet a POT I really like and just want to settle down with. I've been keeping an eye out for these kind of guys on SD.com and Seekingarrangements. I know theyre "supposed" to be SD sites only but not all of those guys are looking for a sugarbaby and I'm keeping my eyes open in case I see someone I really like on there. You never know what could happen ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about DK SD! Dont worry, I think november/december are just crappy months for SBs. My SD and most of my pots are either out on vacations with their family, tied up in work or going through financial problems because of one personal problem or another. I blame it on the gift giving season. Hopefully things will get better soon!

Thanks Amelia! holiday season sucks because my work slows down, sugar life kinda pauses, and I have more free time but no sugar no man... I'm so ready to have a real bf!!
